Kinetic Arc Media

Our Production Pipeline

We maintain a highly structured, step-by-step production framework to ensure your visual asset is delivered on budget, on time, and to world-class standards.

01

The Briefing

Complete our comprehensive project intake form. Share your specific marketing goals, target audience data, required duration, and any style references or script drafts you have prepared.

02

The Proposal & Quote

Our team reviews your technical requirements and delivers a comprehensive, line-item proposal outlining the total creative scope, precise fixed pricing, and an estimated delivery schedule.

03

Project Initiation (50% Milestone)

Upon approval of the proposal, work is officially scheduled into our production pipeline. A standard initiation payment of 50% of the total project cost is secured before scriptwriting, storyboarding, or asset modeling begins.

04

Production & Iteration

Our animators and designers begin building your asset. We maintain clear visibility checkpoints during this phase, presenting style frames and rough timing animations for your review.

05

Watermarked Review

We deliver the initial, full-length render of your animation featuring a protective studio watermark. You evaluate the pacing, audio integration, and visual style to request any final timing or detail adjustments.

06

Finalization & Asset Delivery

Once you provide formal sign-off on the watermarked draft, the remaining 50% project balance is settled. Upon receipt of payment, we instantly deliver your unwatermarked, high-bitrate master files alongside all responsive web formats.

07

Post-Approval Lock

To maintain operational efficiency and keep your project on budget, all creative revisions conclude upon your final approval and delivery of the unwatermarked files.
